- What do you think is the biggest difference between Chengshu and other Japanese restaurants?

- "I make our own cuisine, adhere to our own philosophy, and not be influenced by external factors when cooking."

- 当初设计这家店的空间灵感是什么？

- “装修这一块其实并没有说模仿我的师傅，这是因地而改变的。因为我是厨师梦想肯定想拥有自己的寿司店，不管是自己做还是请别人做。开这家店主要原因是作为一位中国人在日本留学这么久除了技术以外想告诉大家真正的日本文化，能让日本人看到我们中国人对外国文化的正确认知。”

- What was the inspiration for designing this store's space back then?

- "In terms of decoration, it doesn't actually mean imitating my master. This is because it changes with the place. As a chef, I definitely want to have my own sushi restaurant, whether I make it myself or hire someone else to do it. The main reason for opening this restaurant is because as a Chinese, I have been studying in Japan for so long. Besides technology, I want to tell everyone the true Japanese culture, so that the Japanese can see our Chinese people's correct understanding of foreign culture."

因此在空间设计上，诚鮨融合外来文化和本土风情。传统精致的框架结构中，一抹亮眼的中国红，将冲击和融合的效应发挥到了最大。
