Song Yu Four Seasons Restaurant is a fusion and innovation based on more than Rao cuisine.

宋豫，一是指宋文化及雅致生活方式于当下人的向往，二来是唐代诗人王勃《滕王阁序》中的“豫章故郡，洪都新府”。

Song and Yu refer to the aspirations of contemporary people for Song culture and elegant way of life, as well as the Tang Dynasty poet Wang Bo's "Preface to the Tengwang Pavilion" which states "Yuzhang Ancient Commandery, Hongdu New Prefecture.". 

整个空间一共分为三层，二层是主理人旗下的茶室「品和堂」，经历过十二年的积淀与践行，纯粹、本真。三层作为宋豫·四季餐厅的主要用餐空间，四层艺术空间设置了酒类品鉴区，亦可作为茶艺沙龙。

The entire space is divided into three levels, with the second level being the tea room "Pinhe Hall" under the manager's banner. After twelve years of accumulation and practice, it is pure and authentic. The third floor serves as the main dining space for the Song Yu Four Seasons Restaurant, while the fourth floor has an art space with a wine tasting area, which can also serve as a tea art salon.

宋豫的菜单并不固定，以健康养生为主，菜色会根据四季变化调整。食客带着探索的心情来到这里，不只是填饱肚子，亦能品味到来自食物本身的记忆和向往。

The menu of Song and Yu is not fixed, focusing on health and wellness, and the dishes will be adjusted according to the changes of the four seasons. Diners come here with a spirit of exploration, not only to fill their stomachs, but also to taste the memories and aspirations from the food itself.
