三嚥阁之名，出自苏轼《和陶饮酒二十首》：三咽初有闻，一溉未濡槁。这个典故来自《孟子》，赞美一位廉士洁身自好、不依赖他人，饿到临死吞食被虫吃过的李子，连咽三口才恢复知觉。是“求食以存活”的故事。以“求食存活”的典故命名，和自谦为“法式中国料理”其实一样，姿态摆的很谦卑，反令人心生敬意。

The name "San Yan Ge" comes from Su Shi's "Twenty Poems on Drinking with Tao": "San Yan Ge was first heard, but after a single infusion, it did not wither.". This allusion comes from "Mencius", praising a virtuous scholar who was clean and independent of others. He was so hungry that he swallowed a plum that had been eaten by insects before dying, and only regained consciousness after swallowing it three times. It is a story of "seeking food to survive". Named after the allusion of "seeking food to survive", it is actually the same as self deprecating as "French Chinese cuisine", with a humble posture that evokes respect in people's hearts.

外观毛檐覆顶，室内依旧保留着中式传统的木质建构，并将青砖与铜质元素融入其中，营造出中式风雅，更贴合杭州湖畔低调奢华的气质。

The exterior is covered with fur eaves, and the interior still retains the traditional Chinese wooden construction, incorporating blue bricks and copper elements to create a Chinese style elegance, which is more in line with the low-key and luxurious temperament of Hangzhou Lake.
